MTR Express has terminated the cooperation with an IT supplier because of a dispute and we have therefore had to change our booking system with very short notice. This has resulted in the loss of some functionality but long term we are certain that this will enable us to provide a better booking experience  and service for our customers. 

Below please find all important information:

  • From now on tickets can only be booked through the new web-address, no bookings can be done on Tickets can also be bought on board
  • MTR Express have released a new app that is available for iOS and Android and can be download in App Store and Google Play. We ask app-users to erase the current app as we will launch a new app in the near future
  • In 1 CLASS PLUS next seat free is assigned to single travelers. For groups of two or more travelers next seat free is not given
  • club Xpress points are awarded as usual but it is currently not possible to log into your traveler profile. Points are awarded upon completion of a trip as long as the email address in the booking matches the email address of your club Xpress profile. It is currently not possible to register to become a club Xpress member
  • Booking of assistance is done by contacting MTR Express customer service through e-mail or by this form.
